- Feel the pain: Don't hold in your feelings, vent to a neutral party or write it down somewhere.
- Trade places: Try to see your friend's point of view. Even if you don't agree with what she did, maybe you can at least understand why she did it.
- Confront them: Tell your friend how their actions made you feel. It'll give them the perfect opportunity to apologize.
