Use these totals to take the guesswork out of tipping:
SHAMPOO: $1-5 total (If done by someone other than the stylist)
CUT/COLOR: 15-20% of cost (If it costs 30 dollars give $4-5 dollars)
BLOWOUT: 15-20% of cost (If that's all you came in to have done)
UPDO: 20% of cost (If it took time and effort be generous)
*Remember, if your not satisfied with the service, you don't have to tip at all.
