One Week To A Happy Heart

After a breakup, follow this routine for one week to get yourself back together:
  • Day 1- Cry a lot. Just stay home, listen to sad songs, and let it all out.
  • Day 2- Lean on friends. Have your friends come over and let them say all the usual "friend" things, like "your too good for him anyway."
  • Day 3- Clean house. Gather everything that reminds you of him like pics, cards, notes and either throw them away or box them somewhere where you won't find them.
  • Day 4- Stop stalking him (online). Don't check for any new comments or status updates on his myspace or facebook, delete him from both!
  • Day 5- Get real. Think of all the ways he was wrong for you.
  • Day 6-Do good. Take your grandma for lunch or volunteer, doing something good will lift your spirits.
  • Day 7-Flirt! Go out with your girls, put on a freakum dress and find you a new man!
